my tv at the moment has no voice on bbc1 or bbc2
but on u tube the voice is ok i wonder why thank u

If you use a scart lead to connect a box to your TV, give the scart connectors at each end a firm shove to ensure they are fully in.

I mentioned the smart lead from experience of losing sound, but sorry it didn't help.

My only other advice is to unplug and plug in again.
