USB Soundcards / Speakers

Is it possible two have two sets of speakers connected to a pc playing two different things.

As an example, can I have a movie playing using nero on the pc through my pci soundcard and attached speakers and at the same time have Windows media playing music through a usb soundcard in a different room?

Hello, I use a program called PCDJ that requires the use of two soundcards, one for listening through the headphones and another for the actual mix. So yes, you just need to specify which device you are using for each application. Kenny.
