Caplocks On A Tablet.

Is there any way that you can set caplocks on a touch screen tablet .

The keyboard on a touch-screen device is simply an app. Just like other apps, if you don't like the one you've got, you can try a different one. Assuming that you're using an Android tablet, some of the best alternatives are listed here. (Most, probably all, should enable you to enable the CapsLock):

However I'm surprised that your existing keyboard can't lock capitals already. On my Android phone (starting from a lower case display), tapping the 'capital' key once turns the next letter to a capital one (from where it automatically reverts to lower case again) but tapping it TWICE changes all of the text input to capitals until it's tapped again to turn the function off and revert to lower case.
