i got subtitles on my tv which i hate looked in menu subtitles is of f but still on tv any idea how to get rid of it thank u

Use your Sky remote:
Home...settings....accesebility....subtitles........

There's usually a button on the remote.

It’s on our tv remote, a button with sttl on it.
