Phone Freezes On Ab

Any help? My Samsung Galaxy A 12 is a ghastly phone and for some reason it freezes on AB but only on Ab. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but now difference. Any suggestions welcome and thank you!!

Weird! I love my Galaxy A12 and it works well with this site.

You've not said which web browser you're using but I assume that it's either Samsung Internet (which I use) or Google Chrome, as they're the two browsers that come with the phone. Either way, try clearing your browser's cache and data:

Thank you. Well I've done that so well see. Also my Galaxy does not hold WiFi and I'm always using up data as I don't check it. And heaven forbid I should update phone as it sends it wild!

Hopkirk it is new and its not that easy as phones are expensive here in Ibiza

Mine is great as well. I wish I could say the same for the Lenovo tablet which delights in closing various apps without any warning.

Tearing hair. Yes I also had a Lenovo tablet. Was useless chucked it out after 2 months
