Printer Problem

I have a HP Deskjet 3630 printer.

I want to print a document double-sided.

As soon as I move my cursor onto the area where i can set my page settings, the printer moves the document to two/thirds of the page, and reduces the font size.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this please?

It's just this one document.

I have tried copying it, no joy, so it must be the setup.

Any help appreciated.
