Somethings Happened To Windows

My laptop has been a bit unreliable over the last few months, doing auto repairs when I switch it on, having to nomb out because it won't close down etc. It's become more frequent recently and been saying that the repair hasn't fixed it and what do I want yo do. I have always chosen proceed to windows anyway.
Now it won't connect to yhe Internet. Its not our router as all other devices work, its deffo something to do with windows. I have tried a reset from settings but it won't do it. Anyone have any ideas on what to do next? It recognises the network but says it has no I trnet (not true!)

not enough information on fault codes, but id reinstall windows as you have a partiton to do that, backup all your stuff first via external usb memory stick or hard drive first.

on comp, start. search. command prompt

In the Command Prompt, type the command sfc /scannow and press Enter.
it will take a long time but will replace and damaged file system parts
