Hi.....I wonder why some of my emails have ***SPAM*** added to the subject line?

I assume you mean mails coming in, if so then you have either downloaded some form of anti-SPAM software Spamcop sounds a likely bet) and this has added this comment to the subject line and you are then expected to set up an e-mail rule to automatically delete such items. Or your e-mail software already has such an option built in, or your ISP has a basic Spam filter and does it for you s that you can again filter such items.
