Scam Emails - Loads All Of A Sudden!

I have had 15 scam emauls re UPS deliveries = some one after another. Each time I block them and report as spam but they steill keep coming. I am on Gmail on my phone and laptop and I thought stopping on e should top all but do they put a slightly different email address each time?
I have Avast on my laptop and phone and all I get is a warning (from GMail or Avast I am not sure ) saying might be spam but do not go to spam because of filters I have made - do not remember making any filters as do not know how!
Is there nothing I can do to stop them. I only once had a genuine delivery from UPS a year ago and did track that then. Can gmail of avast help in this?
