Locked Out Of Google

Whilst changing PCs a couple of weeks ago, I’ve somehow been locked out of my Google account, hence I’ve not been able to access my GMail or YouTube.

It’s a nightmare.

I’ve been locked out before but used to answer questions to get back in - but I can’t seem to now.

Google send a code to my GMail account and a phone to my old number for me to log back in. But I cannot access my GMail or my old number. I now know I should’ve updated everything, but I’ve never had a problem before.

I’ve typed my old passwords, used devices that would be familiar with my Google account. But still no joy.

Maybe I’ve been hacked?

But if not, why would Google remove the questions option to recover your account.

So dumb. (As well as me.)

None of the answers given gave me what I needed.

I have my recovery email that I can have a code sent to if I forgot my email/username - but not for my password.

I fill out a recovery form, but it says no account with that name has an account - but works fine for when I do the forgot email/username.

So frustrating.

Thanks for your help, by the way.
