Channel 5 Resetting Password

I wanted to watch something on Channel 5 and I had to log in but it said my password was incorrect. I can't remember changing it so thought I'd click on getting a new password. I received an email immediately and it said to click on 'reset link'. I've done this many times and nothing happens. What else can i do?

I was going to check to see how the password reset works, however it appears that the My5 (Channel 5) website is down at the moment.

Ah, ignore me, my OH has My5 blocked via the PiHole (no worries, you probably haven't a clue what I'm on about).

No, I don't and I'm almost afraid to ask what the Pihole is!!

No, but my husband signed up on my computer so I can watch channel 5 catch up that way.
