Lost Emails

hi i am asking for my friend who is housebound she hasnt had any emails for a for a while and only noticed noticed when her paper bill didnt arrive or her notifification from her home deliveries/ she rang a local l it man who wouldnt help over the phone and told her to take it in but she has ms and cant get out sky have been unable to help so she has asked me/
i know everyone on the answerbank is realy clever so could you give me some help to try and tell hee wat to do id be very grateful thanks tiffy

Who is her email provider? GMail, Yahoo, Sky, something else?
Is she getting any emails at all?

hi ive tried that shes ot getting ang emails at all her provider is sky like me shes not very technical tiffy
