Trouble With Laptop Pages.

I have pressed something on keypad and my Google and Microsoft pages have shrunk...The small arrow will not move...about 3 inches from left hand side and cannot get anything on top line to enlarge or minus....small double arrow will move to 3 inches from right but not go back to make a full page on left...Please does a whizz guy with these things help me...do need help

This might sound like a facetious reply but I assure that it isn't: Have you tried turning it off and then on again?

(If your cursor is stuck, simply press the power button and hold it down for a short while. That will power-off the laptop. Then try opening it normally).
