Have had the above for 2 years, no problems. But now when I try and print, a notice comes up to say 'Print cancelled' and it wont print. I have changed the printer cartridges - checked Printer status (nothing shows), can print the test page ok but it says Alignment Required for Best Print Quality. Print quality looks fine to me. Refers to the HP Smart App, which I havent got and have never needed before. Any ideas please, or do I need a new printer??
