I have some electronic components to sell and used to use EBay but the site is not working for me now they changed things. EBid is hopeless and Gumtree isn’t suitable!
Is there a selling site you could recommend?

gumtree, facebook market place,
I'm sorry, Iggle Piggle, but I reckon that you're just going to have to get to grips with eBay's new way of doing things.

As a radio amateur, I sometimes search for electronic components online and the only places that I'd check out (apart from major retailers, such as RS Components, or possibly sellers on *Ad which shall not be named*, etc) would be Amazon and eBay. Given that sellers need to pay Amazon £25 per month to trade via Amazon MarletPlace, the only outlet for occasional sellers of electronic components would seem to be eBay.

I recently sold an HF magnetic loop antenna on eBay (which is, I suppose, a type of electronic component, in a way) without any problems. So where do your difficulties lie?

Hi Buenchico, EBay started this ‘promoted’ listing thing where you pay to promote your item and get more views.
This system doesn't ’promote’ anything, I think EBay are throttling views and releasing this throttle if you pay.
I have things for sale that get 0 views where before they would get a handful of views everyday.
Thanks for letting me rant, 73’s.
