over heating in dispair
ok heres my story, the other week my power supply blew, so i got a new one, 50 more Watts powerfuller.
well the new one's fan isnt goin fast enough to take any heat out, its not even a slight breeze coming out, so everything inside is gettin really hot, so thinking its faulty, take it back and swap it for another one, the same
the box says the speed is controlled by the temperature, but no mater how hot it gets the fan speed stays the same, letting everything cook.
is it just that make of psu or is it somat else in my system, i mean what controls the speed, the motherboard? i always throught that all the controlls are self contained in the psu,
