Ms Outlook Error

Hi folks, hoping that someone can resolve this problem. I am trying to open an old .pst file that has thousands of stored emails in it. I click on File/Open/Open Outlook Data File and immediately get the error 'You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation'. I don't get as far as actually specifying the .pst filename. I used to do this lots of times before I upgraded to a new PC and hence a newer version of Outlook. I am using MS Office Professional Plus 2019 and Windows 11.

Thank you so much. I ran Outlook as administrator and that resolved the problem.
