Battery Help For Tablet.

I have a Vankyo S30 tablet. the cable won't charge the battery.. sometimes it starts doing so then just stops..would a new cable help?

I've no experience of your particular tablet, but, the ridiculous idea of getting rid of a defined charging socket, and making do with the data socket for charging, seems to have unearthed the big disadvantage that the data connection gets loose and starts to fail quite early on. It may well be that your cable no longer makes a guaranteed connection any more. You can often test this, to see if it is intermittently connecting, by plugging it in then pulling the cable about and seeing if it claims to connect and disconnect as you do. If so a new cable may help. Probably worth a try.

Android charging difficulties are most commonly the charging port, the cable, or the power adapter. Besides trying different cables and power sources, a toothbrush may be used to remove lint or sand from the charging port. i have found sometimes the charging port on tablets phones tetc get bunged up after while and need cleaning and cable can get dirty as well, if you have canned air or contact cleaner use that on the ports and cable.
