I am creating a course and listening to my voice I’d like it to sound more crisp/deep. What software can I use for free to upload the video to and edit the voice sound?

To use Audacity with a video, you'd probably need to extract the audio first and then import the edited version back into it.
Otherwise you might like to try Shotcut, which is a superb (free) video editor that includes 'Pitch' among its many audio filters:

I suspect that (the equally good) OpenShot will have similar functionality too:

(If it doesn't have a suitable filter, you could still use to export your audio for editing in Audacity, which you could then import back in)

It's several years since I've used Shotcut, Tom, but the list of audio features definitely states that there's a 'pitch' filter included with it:
