Do you mean you've printed a letter and want to then email it?

If so, why not just save it as a PDF and email that.

Or do you want to scan a letter you've perhaps received and email it? If so do you have a scanner - or is your printer an all-in-one printer?

Scan it or take a photo of it with your tablet/phone/camera and then email that file.

Does your printer have a scanner and if yes, does it have a scan to e-mail function?

How do I scan from printer to email?
Open your scanning app.
Scan your document.
Save it.
Look up your document.
Right-click on it.
Select “Share” and then “Mail”.
Compose your email.
Send your emai
