I'm no techie JJ but I have managed to finally get my emails!
Google "Unblock my Outlook account" - follow instructions which includes changing your password and eventually they come up. Hope this works for you.x

Hazlinny - I tried your instructions but when it comes to the mobile number (I think) - think this is a very very old mobile I no longer have so I can't get my CODE.  Then it is asking me to start a new Outlook account which I certainly don't  want as I haven't a clue about that.  There is nowhere on the site where I can change this current mobile I have .  Anything else I can try Hazlinny or anybody else for help.  Thanks

Not sure unless you give them a landline number if you have one. I am sure Buenchico or someone else will see this and be able to help.  Hope so.

hazlinny - could be the landline but if it rings or whatever (it is just the old fashioned phone - I won't be able to understand the code etc.
