Gmail Problem

I've just changed my broadband supplier to New EE and, when typing an e-mail, I can't find where to alter the size of the gaps between paragraphs.

My PC gives me the choice of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, etc.

Can anyone help, please?

Nothing to do with your Broadband supplier.

How do you type your emails, do you use an email program, or do you use the website direct?

Sorry, I'm afraid I don't understand the question!!  I assume I don't e-mail using a website because my family and friends don't have websites.  I use Gmail, click into it and compose e-mails on it.

Gmail IS the website Alice was talking about. It's called 'Webmail'. It's used because you can get at your emails from anywhere, even on someone else's computer.

That's the point. It has nothing to do with your service provider (EE).  I can only think you've somehow altered your Gmail settings inadvertently.

Thanks, Floko, for your constructive answer (unlike The Builder's!).  I thought it would be under More Options but, unfortunately, that only gives "Label, Plain Text Mode and Print" so I shall have to keep digging.

Your broadband supplier has nothing to do with you writing an email. You and your family and the people you write to all have an email programme be it gmail or something else. You should be able to alter the spacing in your email programme

The builder was trying to explain to you how email programmes work and this is nothing to do with EE

I've been using GMail for many years on my pc, phone, Android tablet and iPad.  I have never seen an option for line spacing - I have looked for it today and can't find this option.

Are you using GMail or did you mean to type Email in your title?

I also cannot find anywhere to change spacing in my Gmail or my other mail server

I'm definitely using Gmail and it sounds as if I'm going to have to live with the problem of too wide a gap between paragraphs.
