My Samsung Galaxy Android mobile only rings twice before going to voice-mail and I sometimes miss it.  I've looked to see if I can make it ring longer (I had no trouble doing it with my landline) but neither I or the shop could do so.  Does anyone have the solution, please?

What barry said is right, for a samsung Galaxy S8here is a general video that says **61*101**NN# - NN is 15, 20, 25 or 30.

Try this

Type **61*321**00# on your keypad. Replace 00 in the code with the number of seconds you want your phone to ring. Tap the Make Call button.

Thanks, Barry1010. I tried it but sadly it said "connection problem or invalid MM1 code".

Does it go to voicemail or disconnect?

If it goes to voicemail, contact the provider

It's not your phone that's determining how long your phone rings for (before going to voicemail) but your service provider.  (e.g. Three, Vodafone or whoever).

To change the setting, you normally need to 'make a phonecall' in a way similar to that outlined by Barry above.  However the number to call is different for each service provider, so we can't tell you what you need to enter on your keypad unless you tell us which company you're with.
