The above keeps 'dropping-out' when playing music and radio from my mob phone. I've done all that is instructed on there fault finding page, but to no avail.

Any ideas would be welcome.

Looks like it's my mobile phone that's the problem, but only with this device. Ran my tablet through it, and had no problems.

Back to the drawing board.

Could it be when something else is happening, for example the microwave being switched on?

I have bluetooth headphones, a tablet and radio and have no problems with bluetooth on these devices. Next thing is to remove it from my phone and reload it. I've done everything else. BTW, thanks for your reply.

Got it sorted. There's been a red light showing on my modem (virgin) for ages, indicating a fault. It seems that it's causing my problem.
