Sony Xperia 10 Iv - Help With Sounds Please!

It is me again for some more help - you sorted my setups last year thanks but have lost a tone in sound which notifies me of my emails.

The sound Ta Da which notified me of emails now notifies me of 'notifications' and SMS - my ringtone is till there ok.

I am at this moment scrolling down my phone in sounds and this is what I see.

Vibration and haptics on- Notification sound Ta Da - Default alarm ringtone Carbon - there is nothing else mention about email sounds.

Funilly enough I get the TaDa email sound as SMS!

What have I done wrong please? Tried re installing email app but it worked once then not again.

Try this and let me know if it works please:

Go to "Settings".

Once in settings, open "Apps".

In here you'll see a list of all your apps.

Scroll down to your email app.

Open "Notifications" (it's at the top of the list on my phone).

Check to see if notifications is turned on and whilst you're in there, you can change the notification sound.

That worked! I had gone into app before and that one but once I saw the blue 'switch' was on I did not scroll down any further!
