Have you tipped it upside down and given it a good shake and dried it as much as possible to get the liquid out?  Hairdryer at a safe distance maybe?  Other than that I can't think of anything  you can do.

Replacing a keyboard is not that difficult or expensive your local computer shop can help if you need it. You may find a video on youtube

Hope it's now back to normal.

 

If not I guess you could always try to see if the keytops come off easily to clean up & replace, but at your own risk, obviously.

 

IIRC PC keyboards I've tried that with have a spring under the spacebar to help it back up after pressing, presumably because it's so long.

Years ago someone was vandalising library computers by pouring Coke into their keyboards. I gummed em up and they had to be thrown away.

You could go into device manager and disable the keyboard function. Then use an on screen keyboard. Although if you have now sorted a repair out it may not be worth it. The repairer would have to enable it again anyway to check if it is done.
