Sat Nav

Can anyone recommend a sat nav system that can be programmed to work in both the UK and the USA? And what would you need to do to programme it?

If you mean a hand held GPS receiver which will give you lat/long etc...etc... they work anywhere in the world ''out of the box'' - except maybe if you stand on the north or south pole. They can all be set-up from the keypad/display on the unit.
