Do you mean via WiFi or via 4g mobile data?

If you mean WiFi have you set up  a connection as in Bookbinder's link? Is WiFi turned on and is it linked to it. 

I get the problem intermittently and solve it by turning WiFi off on the phone then back on. Or just turn the phone off and restart it.

If you have doors closed and you're in a different room that can affect it.

Or change the channel on your router....we had a neighbour with a new sky box on our channel and our wifi kept cutting out so we switched channel on the back of the router by plugging into a different socket

ta  for  all  the  brill info  but    tried  turning   wifi   on  and  off  a  few  times  no  luck    auto  connect is  on//typed  in  network  name  and  password   still  no  luck  thank  u
