Bt Email Has Become A Pain!

Why has BT email started timing me out at regular intervals? There is no longer a "Keep me signed in" box to tick. What is more it now seems very slow to load each time I sign in again. Grrrrr!

I know, an absolute pain in the 'you know where'.
It's been like this for a couple of weeks now.

They did this once before a few years ago.

You're right, diddlydo. BT Email has become a pain in the whatsit. They seem to like to make access as difficult as possible. I click on Favourites, then on BT email, but do I go directly to my email account? No! I have to jump through a couple of hoops first. I get a request to enter my email name, click on that, then a request to click on a password, both of which BT already know! What is the point? It all seems to be a bit grudging.

I have bt email and have no problems. I use bt email app.
