what application are you in?

In a browser, top right - settings (3 dots) go to "zoom" & adjust to required size.

try holding ctrl down and move the mouse wheel. That will change the text size in a browser but not sure what it is you are looking at.

control ( sticky) minus shrinks the typeface

Cntl + enlarges
