If you live close to a comany that builds PC's for their customers, you should be able to take your DVD drive to them and they will "de-chip" it.
I recently purchased a new drive and before I took it away I asked if it could be de-regionalised, it took 2 minutes-chip removed-and it was mine. I now enjoy all DVD's ordered from all over the world. Is this really illegal? Richer Sounds sell DVD players that will play any DVD for less than 80 in the UK........................................
