Translation - some of the keys on my laptop aren't working I think it might be a virus. Does anyone have any ideas what I should/can do? please

Ah now it translated (thanks mycatis).... I can see the point, This is 99.75% sure to be a hardware fault in the keyboard, I am afraid that you will just have to stop off at the computer place and buy a new one, They are real cheap so don't worry about it.
