Why have a bunch of civil service jockies got government cards anyway? ...and yes they probably had them under the tories.

I work for the government. Our business has  credit cards so that we can buy low value items from companies not on our approved suppliers llist, Without having to go all through all of the Firth that is normally associated with buying something

oo-er - I used to scrutinise each entry ( shades of Henry VII). ( £60m turnover) - the fact that I was doing it was er calming.
