i need help with my laptop!!!

everthing was working fine ,wireless connection etc etc ,then i installed avg virus checker and c cleaner and another spyware deleter which i ran and it wiped out all my cookies so i lost all instant logins ,then the firewall in avg wouldn't let me log on to the internet so i unistalled it then i unistalled the other 2 spyware removers ,still no joy,so then i tried system restore -still nothing !! my "open connections" tells me that i am connected but i can't log on to any website HELP!!!!!

if your cookies are gone, it wont know the usernames to log you in...

tried just typin in the username/password combination again? if you can't remember the password, there is always a link to retrieve this.
