Packard Bell laptops

I will shortly be buying a new laptop, as my computing needs are quite basic I don't need to spend a lot of money, Dixons currently have a Packard Bell laptop for �549, what is the general opinion of their build quality?

packard bell are notorious for crashing, I know because i have to repair them, have a look at pcworld they have some good deals oon laptops at the moment that aren't Packard Bells
