is it ok to plug my playstation scart into the video socket of my digibox? so i dont have to keep taking the playstation scart out of the socket at the back of my tv and plugging the digibox one in?

Both of the scart sockets on your digibox are more than likely outputs. The one marked video enables you to record digital telly. The only difference between the one marked video and the one marked TV is that the video output won't carry any channel identity or volume change graphics since you won't want to see these when you play the tape or disc back.
So, no, I don't think you can plug your console in there.

I would say yes. The video SCART socket on your digibox will pass-through the necessary video signals to your TV from your Playstation.


Give it a try - at the voltages used on SCART are not going to cause any damage to the equipment if it doesn't work.
