I am going to upgrade my ram from 64mb to 128mb, should i do this by adding another 64mb OR should I just buy a 128mb and slot that straight in? I have two available slots left.

It should not make any difference unless you have an old motherboard without an additional open slot to accept the second 64meg RAM chip. Also, be sure the bus speed (133 or 100) is compatible with your motherboard. Use same as current speed to be sure.
