Works to Excel
Is there any easily available free software to convert an MS works spreadsheet to an Excel one? They are on different computers and would need to be transferred on floppy.
(If it's not easily available and free, I might just as well reenter the data - i't's not enormous)

Transfer the saved file onto a floppy. You then open Excel, go to Data Tool, and choose Import Data. Youll have to do a bit of tidying up once it's imported, but it can be done.

Dsg, spaced - oops yes, hadn't scrolled down far enough. The versions offered are different but it's worth a try.
Problem now is to get it from a standalone PC (no internet) that only has a floppy drive to one that only has a CD drive (but does have internet).... At least that's easy - find a friend with the right hardware and e-mail it.
