I want to rip a meditation cd into mp3 format using Windows Media Player but there are some stipulations I need to have to maintain certain subliminal and stereo effects etc.
I need to be able to adjust settings such as stereo/bit rate/VBR/sample rate etc.
I have worked how to adjust the bit rate but am unsure about where to go to adjust the rest of the settings.
Can I get help with the following:
1.Where do I go to adjust those other settings?
2.If you can't adjust them with Windows Media Player then does anyone know what the various Windows Media Player settings would be on as a default.
3.If I am unable to achieve the settings I desire does anyone know of a free program other than Media Player that could do it?
Thanks for your time.

Stereo image will be maintained from the CD when it is ripped to MP3, there aren't any settings for this.
Bit rate, VBR and sample rate are all really the same thing - you'll only get to adjust set one of these, the others are determined by that.
