plugin for nero 7 premium

Hi i have nero 7 premium and while trying to add files to create a cd it stopped on one song and said i need a plugin to add this one song iv searched google for an answer but cant seem to find one anywhere does anyone know how help please :-)

Sounds like that song may be in a different format to the others...is the extension MP3 ?

They are all the same format mp3 audio, i checked that first but cant figure it out its strange!

some mp3 rippers put DRM on the files so they cant be copied onto another media format.

Download an audio converter and change it from MP3 to WMA or OGG, that should remove the problem.
