Flashplayer Lockout

I am recently experiencing difficulties accessing some sites that require Flashplayer. When I address the site I get a message, 'download the latest flash plug in', and it doesn't let me go any further. This is despite the fact that I have a flashplayer downloaded. A typical site is Kylie.com. Can anyone help?

try using firefox:

and see if that helps. It's never failed me.
