We have just had a new phone system installed in our office and it seems to be disrupting our microsoft outlook email, e.g. we used to be able to send 8MB emails with ease but not any more. The phones are Cisco ip phones 7960 series, can anyone suggest what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.
It sounds like your network isn't coping with the extra load the IP phones have introduced. Have a network engineer do some monitoring on it to see what the problem might be.
The thing I see here is the same as the one mentioned by the respondent,OBonio. You need to upgrade your system. I hope www.myofficephonesystem.com can help.
I don't think it is your phone that affects your phone system's integration with Outlook. I just want to ask who is your phone system provider? Media URL: http://www.virtualpbxcompare.com/virtual-pbx-information.html Description: Virtual PBX Provider Comparison website
