Samsung T100

I have a samsung T100, and I should be able to download more ringtones and screensavers from the disc and lead provided. The mobiles screen goes white, to tell me it has connected, but the computer says it cannot connect... does anyone know why this may be happening, or how I can get round it, also, is there a usb lead available, rather than using the lead that you get with the package??

Make sure you select the correct COM port in the software. Mine is COM2, yours might be different. Make sure the phone is switched ON and connected BEFORE you start the software. I have had the white screen freezing before and it was due to the config in the program, cannot remember exactly what i did but if u persevere with it i'm sure you'll get it 2 work !
