This is the support page for Madesafe but have you a trial version which has expired or a full version for which the subscription needs renewing.

If neither of these apply,the programme should update automatically unless you have altered the update settings or the programme has become corrupt.

Alternatively, have you recently installed a firewall which has not been configured to allow the programme to update.
