hi when trying to use printer message came up saying parts inside your printer are past their service life contact your dealer for replacement i know this can be over ridden does anyone know how i do this?

got that but i cant do it from the instructions dont know if im just too tired or dumb!!!!

No, you're not dumb (you might be tired). It isn't easy but it is worth persevering with. On the web page it said:-

Please, read all instructions in help file before doing anything with Your printer!



This menu can be accessed by right clicking on the application icon located in tray.

Forgot to say, the help file is in

C:\Program Files\SSC Service Utility

folder.

or... it can also be accessed by the right-click on the icon in your system tray as well.
