System Popup

Wonder if anyone can help, lately everytime i switch on my pc the System box pops up. Im not sure whether this relates to a virus or not, i cant seem to stop it from popping up, anyone had the same prob?

mine went thru a phase of starting up and opening the wiondows folder but that seems to have stopped as quickly as it started !
