Which type of ink for the Epson PictureMate 500

I have the Epson PictureMate 500 and am very happy with the results it produces with the genuine Epson ink cartridges.

As with all genuine ink, it's expensive. I noticed that PC World sell PC line cartridges for it which are half the price of Epson ink.

Has anyone tested this or other compatible brands of ink? If so, which ones and where can I purchase them?? (I'd prefer to know about inks that people have already bought and tested, rather than just finding them through a Google search!!)

Many thanks

Look a bit further down (on page 2 at the moment) for my posting on Epson Cartridges (can recommend Touchstone and 7dayshop but you might like to check on SVP or BigPockets).
