I installed web-camera on my machine, restart my machine as instructed to see a little drawing on the desktop like mark or a fault in the screen only a bit bigger.

I tried to change my desktop picture! Tried to cancel the picture on the background completely, tried to change the themes and even uninstalled the camera and tried again but all of them did not solve the problem.
