Lost some freeview channels.
4 Answers
Can anyone help? I retuned my 28" sony digital TV(with built in Freeview system) last week and when it finished tuning I found that I had lost all my news channels and CBBC the kids channel. No amount of retuning will bring them back. My wall mounted aerial is not a freeview one its very old but I didn't change it when I bought the tv because the picture quality was ( and still is) so good.Does anyone know whether me upgrading the aerial will bring back my lost channels, and if yes whats the cheapest/best one to buy and where to get it from. Or has anyone experienced similar problems and can help. thanks.

Not being funny but are you sure they haven't just moved? When did you last retune it? They all shuffled around a few months ago when More4 started. News starts at 80 now. If not then what I had to do with my box was switch it off at the mains-wait a couple of minutes-then plug it back in to reset it. Dont know why but this worked!
