if you import the track from the original CD in the apple lossless format, then any CD you make from that file on your computer should be pretty much the same as the original CD.
if you import your tracks as AAC (iTunes' default format) or mp3 (or indeed, any lossy format), then burning another CD from that file will result in the same quality as the file, not the CD original. However, depending on the music genre, your own hearing ability, and the quality of your equipment; you may not be able to hear the difference.
